This website is dedicated to the life of Stéphane Letréguilly who does very little of his days. A webcam in his flat films and streams his everyday life in his little studio apartment in Toulouse, South France. Like over a million other French citizens, Stéphane is beneficiary of the
R.M.I., which stands for
Revenu Minimum d’Insertion, an allowance of about $400 a month for people aged 25 and over who do not want to or cannot find an employment.
By no means a grand life, the R.M.I. allows people to live without even considering working. For instance with the R.M.I. combined with other social helps, Stéphane pays 30 Euro monthly for his flat.
